What do you think is the correlation between fashion and music?

I think fashion is influenced by music and vise versa. I feel they compliment each other very well depending on what you are trying to achieve. As a kid, I’ve always loved playing dress-up and would always put on different outfits emulating my favourite artists at the time, which were Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and the list goes on. I feel like fashion is a part of your music identity.

Who do you look up to in both fashion and music?

I look up to quite a few fashion icons both in fashion and music. I love classic, timeless and fearless looks which reminds me of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Cher and Rihanna just to name a few.

They say what you wear affects your mood. Do you agree? Or is it the other way around?

I think it can be both ways. For example, if you wear something and it’s not what you expected it to look like, it can definitely affect your mood but it could also work in a way where you could be feeling not so great and your outfit could make you feel so much better. Also, if you’re feeling sexy, then you pick your outfit according to your mood.

Mixing comfortable and sexy

How would you describe your sense of fashion? Any era that influenced you the most?

I would say at the moment my everyday sense of fashion is mixing comfortable and sexy together. I do have days or nights where I like to take it up a notch and try new, different things but it’s still definitely in that same realm. I feel like it may be inspired by the 90’s era a little. ender
